[KHK] ZST hardened tooth ground helical rack twist 19°31′41″

High-precision rack born in Germany! The craftsmanship of a master who has perfected linear motion components shines through. The twist angle is 19°31′41″, making it a rack with excellent quietness.

This is a hardened tooth ground helical rack manufactured by Schöneberger. The dimensions of the rack are in European specifications, adopting a special twist angle of 19°31′41″, resulting in a movement of 200, 250, 300, 400 mm... in whole millimeters for one rotation of the pinion. Additionally, the pinion gear is designed as a plus displacement gear to enhance strength, while also ensuring that the assembly distance is in whole millimeters, prioritizing user-friendliness for our customers. Due to high-frequency hardening of the tooth surface, additional machining such as mounting holes can be freely added outside of the tooth area. The J series (with mounting holes) is also available. *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
